After Taranto, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, and Thailand, Dinner Incredible now arrives in Burgeis — bringing the world to a place far from the usual culinary spotlight.
Founded by Chef Giorgio Diana, Dinner Incredible is an international culinary format that connects chefs, winemakers, and producers from across the globe. At its heart lies a shared creative process centered on regional ingredients. Unlike conventional events, the chefs do not arrive with pre-designed dishes; instead, they develop their creations on site using seasonal South Tyrolean products.
For guests, the evening becomes an extraordinary experience:
An exclusive menu featuring dishes by a total of 12 top international chefs, shaped by fresh ideas, unexpected combinations, and new perspectives on South Tyrolean ingredients.
The evening begins with an aperitif reception, followed by a 12-course menu accompanied by a carefully curated wine pairing.
