This is because a meal is an expression of the joy of life and a symbol of a good life. A wonderful opportunity to spend hours of carefree fun with your loved ones in a pleasant ambiance. Our head chef Marc Bernhart from Burgeis is an exceptional young talent in the kitchen. With a keen sense for real taste, a good helping of experimentation and a penchant for outstanding ingredients, he delights our guests with his culinary creations:  from the classics of Alpine cuisine interpreted with a modern twist to Mediterranean treats and international delicacies.

Pleasure in South Tyrol
