‘Good food holds body and soul together’ is how we put it in the Vinschgau/Venosta Valley. And rightly so, we think. This is because a meal is an expression of the joy of life and a symbol of a good life. A wonderful opportunity to spend hours of carefree fun with your loved ones in a pleasant ambiance. Our head chef Marc Bernhart from Burgeis is an exceptional young talent in the kitchen. With a keen sense for real taste, a good helping of experimentation and a penchant for outstanding ingredients, he delights our guests with his culinary creations:  from the classics of Alpine cuisine interpreted with a modern twist to Mediterranean treats and international delicacies.

Gourmet restaurant mamesa

You can enjoy the unique panoramic views from the sun terrace when the weather is nice. We will pamper you with a delicious selection of refreshing drinks and fine whiskys in the ban Kroumer hotel bar.

Multifaceted, surprising, authentic, delicious: a gourmet holiday in South Tyrol is an experience in itself. In our mamesa restaurant we raise the art of fine dining to a new level. It is a temple of indulgence with only six tables, set in an elegant ambience. You can look forward to excellent ingredients from all over the world, to locally-sourced treasures and pleasures for all your senses.
