South Tyrol has never seen anything like this before! Join Chef Marc Bernhart for the most exclusive culinary event of the year, where he will transform the Weisse Kreuz into an international stage for haute cuisine for one evening only. It's a culinary spectacle you'd expect to find in a major city, not in the tranquil village of Burgeis, home to just 800 people.

16 chefs from 8 countries are coming together to cook for and celebrate with you. After all, the best parties always take place in the kitchen! ;-) Together, they bring an impressive total of 15 Michelin stars and 32 toques – a line-up that is second to none.

At our Kitchen Party, you are invited to wander through our kitchens and discover the different restaurant areas. Expect new taste experiences, exclusive dishes and exciting encounters at every turn. There will be live cooking stations with top international chefs and creative newcomers, as well as a fine selection of winemakers and producers. Providing the perfect beats will be none other than Belgian DJ Nick Bril (The Jane, Antwerp**) and well-known South Tyrolean DJ Mark Butler from Merano, who will transform the venue into a vibrant place full of energy and joie de vivre.

- From 6 p.m.

- The evening will begin with a relaxed gathering over a glass of Laurent-Perrier champagne. It's time to arrive, chat and enjoy!

- The doors to our kitchen and restaurant areas will then open.
At various stations, 16 chefs will be preparing their dishes live right before your eyes. Feel free to move around the building, sampling and discovering new flavours. You can eat at the stations themselves, at bar tables or at the loosely distributed seating areas.

- At the same time, wineries and gourmet producers will be presenting themselves at various points in the building. Treat yourself to high-quality wines, sample specialities from international producers and enjoy the variety on offer.

- From 10 p.m., the party starts at the bar! As the kitchens wind down, the music takes over. DJs Nick Bril and Mark Butler will be kicking off the party, transforming the Weisse Kreuz into a place full of beats, drinks and a lively atmosphere. Closing time TBA.
